力士樂齒輪泵驅動軸和襯套磨損后,配合間隙增大,必然會影響泵油量。在這種情況下,可以通過修理驅動軸或襯套來恢復正常的配合間隙。如果驅動軸輕微磨損,只有壓出舊襯套并用標準尺寸的襯套更換,配合間隙才能恢復到允許范圍內。如果傳動軸和襯套磨損嚴重,配合間隙超標,不僅要更換襯套,還應通過鍍鉻或振動堆焊擴大傳動軸直徑,然后研磨至標準尺寸,以恢復與襯套的配合要求。
